Wendy Carbone, a native of Connecticut, began her real estate career in 1999, when she first obtained her real estate license in Virginia.  During her 20 years as a military wife, she has had the opportunity to work in markets around the country and understand real estate trends on both a macro and a micro level. Wendy moved to Huntsville, Alabama in 2012 when her husband retired from the U.S. Army. Along with managing her own portfolio, she and her son Anthony Carbone created Valley Homes Realty & Property Management.  Their company is a full service brokerage offering assistance with listing property, buying, selling, leasing,  and managing real estate.

Meet Sarah, a realtor based in the Huntsville/Madison Alabama area! She and her husband moved to the area in 2019, and they quickly fell in love with the community. During this time her husband worked as the listing agent for a local builder while she started her career as a teacher.

In 2021, they welcomed their beautiful daughter into the world, and Sarah became a stay-at-home mom. While she enjoyed being able to spend time with her daughter, she missed the relationship and trust-building that went into being a teacher. She missed the challenge of applying critical thinking to provide solutions tailored to student's individual growth. After sharing with her husband what she missed, he suggested that she consider a career in real estate. Real estate would allow her to provide the same things she was passionate about as a teacher, to her clients, with the added benefit of being able to care for her daughter.

So Sarah decided to take the leap and get her real estate license. Now, she is excited to serve others in this new way. She takes pride in her critical thinking skills, ability to overcome challenges, and passion for continued self-education and improvement.
